ROSE
CAPITAL WEST LITTLE LEAGUE PLAYER’S RULES OF CONDUCT
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following Rules of Conduct and Responsibilities are set forth as a guide to all Players of the Rose Capital West Little League (RCWLL) and reflect the minimum standards expected and required by the Board of Directors of the RCWLL. Violations or noncompliance with these rules/responsibilities may result in appropriate administrative action by the Board of Directors of the RCWLL. These rules of conduct and responsibilities
are designed to accomplish one primary objective -- to establish a
learning and sportsmanlike atmosphere from which you as a player can
benefit. Your cooperation and adherence to these rules will ensure an
enjoyable experience for all involved. 1. All persons who register for play in Little League must present the league with a copy of their birth certificate that the league can keep for its files. No child will play in a game until a copy of the birth certificate is on file with the player agent. 2. Short pants will not be worn by players for practice sessions. 3. Any player missing practice, causing trouble, horseplaying at practice, etc., may be declared ineligible for official games. The respective manager will so inform the Player Agent, umpire-in-chief, scorekeeper, opposing manager and the child' s parents prior to the start of the game. All of the above conditions MUST be met. Failure to comply with ALL of the provisions will be subject to the Rules Committee decision concerning failure to play an eligible player. Excessive discipline will be cause for a review by the League Board of Directors. 4. Players will not smoke and/or chew tobacco on RCWLL grounds. This must be done outside the playing fields. Any violation of this rule will result in automatic removal from the game. 5. Players are not allowed to “hit” balls into the fences. |
