T-BALL RULES
-
Each game will be five (5) innings long with a time limit of one (1)
hour. No inning shall start after 55 minutes of play, but inning
will be completed if started. A new inning begins with the last out
of previous inning.
-
Home team shall occupy the first base dugout and visiting team will
occupy the third base dugout.
-
Each inning, both teams will bat their entire line-up. At any time
during the inning, if three (3) outs are reached before the entire
line-up has batted, the bases will be cleared and the batting will
continue until the entire line-up has batted.
-
There can be only two (2) offensive base coaches on the field (first
and third bases).
- Two
(2) defensive coaches may position themselves in outfield foul
territory, one on each foul line.
-
Each manager must provide a complete batting line-up to the
scorekeeper and the opposing manager, 15 minutes prior to game
start.
-
Every player bats and batting orders remain the same throughout the
game.
- All
players on the team will be allowed on the field for defense.
However, there will be a limit of four (4) standard infield players,
in addition to the pitcher and catcher. The remaining players must
be positioned in the outfield grass.
-
Each inning, the defensive players must play a different position
than they previously played in that particular game.
- Any
coach physically assisting an offensive player on the field will
constitute interference and that player will be called out. This
includes positioning of the batter in the batter's box.
-
Every offensive player must wear a helmet when batting or running
the bases. The defensive catcher must wear a helmet. Helmets should
also be worn during practices.
-
Each team must furnish one (1) new baseball per game. The baseball
MUST be an official T-Ball baseball. This game ball will be given to
the umpire before the game starts and will be returned after the
game.
- A
batter slinging their bat will be a judgment call by the umpire. The
first offense per player will only be a warning. A judgment call on
the second and any subsequent offense committed by the same batter
shall constitute an out.
- The
Little League Pledge will be said prior to game start with the
players and managers lining up on the first and third base lines.
The home team captain will lead the pledge.
- The

base, at his own risk. Compound overthrows to any base shall not
occur. Overthrows to the defensive pitcher ARE considered to be
