| BEFORE YOU REGISTER.
PLEASE READ THE
FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PARENTAL Note: RCWLL is a 100% Volunteer Organization and each player's family will be asked to participate in their child's baseball experience. This will include concession duty (usually one evening per season) and umpire duty nights (usually 2 or 3 nights per season). Other opportunities include Team Mom and Picture Coordinator. Support thru attendance during practices as well as before and after games is required to insure a safe and educational league experience. 1. Do you live within the Rose Capital West Little League boundary area? The boundary lines for Tyler changed in 2005. Click here to make sure you are registering in the correct league. Still not sure? E-mail RCWLL if you have questions regarding your location. New Registrants will have to provide proof of residence and birth certificate (Bring to Player Evaluations for review by League Official). EXCEPTION(s) TO THE BOUNDARIES ARE : a. Those players, who were 13 years old, on or before July 31, 2005, and were affected by the boundary changes , but elected to remain in the RCWLL by submitting FORM 2-D may continue to play in the West League if he/she so chooses by submitting an updated FORM 2-D for 2007 season. b. The siblings of the a brother or sister who met the criteria under Regulation 2-D last year, may also be retained in the RCWLL league if he/she so chooses by submitting Form 2-D. 2. Registration Fees for 2008 are $70.00 for the first child and $65 for each additional child. This cost will include game shirt and hat, placement of last name on the shirt, and concession drinks after the games. Parents will be responsible for purchase of socks, belts, and pants. Baseball pants in RCWLL are to be "Solid Grey" in color, NO EXCEPTIONS or modifications to uniforms will be allowed by the league. During Registration you must select your child's Shirt Size based on the following Shirt Size chart: YS YM YL YXL AS AM AL AXL AXXL Size 6-8 10-12 14-16 18-20 Chest Size 24-26 28-30 32-34 36-38 34-36 38-40 42-44 46-48 48-50 3. When Registering, if you elect NOT to pay by credit card, please send your check in as soon as possible so we can match your child with the payment. Those players for which we have not received payment will not be allowed to go through the draft and therefore may not be guaranteed a spot on a team. Personal checks can be mailed to: RCWLL, P. O. Box 7241, Tyler, Texas 75711 4. If you elect not to register online you may register at Faulkner park any time during THE PLAYER EVALUATION DATES (See 2008 League Calendar for dates). Registration Forms will be available at the Sign-Up / Check-In Desk in Faulkner Park Meeting Room next to the concession stand. 5. If your child participated in the RCWLL last season, and you registered online, please use your established login account information to register. You should have received this information by email. Before registering online please adjust your computer to accept all "Cookies" and temporarily turn off any "Pop Up Blocker " software you might have. Only new registrants will need to click on "Sign Me Up". 6. MANAGERS / COACHES: If you would like to be considered to manage a team you must register yourself by completing the coaches application. Application is located under the coaches application link. Also, notify the division Player Agent of your application and intent to manage. You must submit your Full Legal Name and Birth Date for background check as required by LL rules.
